This year, Oneonta Kiwanis Club was the host. Hundreds of people lined Tiffany 1837 Street to watch the paradeluding Oneonta residents and longtime watchers Kathy DeAngelo and Joanne Lentner. "It was great. It always is," DeAngelo said. And the flurries were nothing Tiffany Bracelets to one recent year, when her young daughter was forlorn after heavy snowfall led to the parade's cancellation. "I do remember that day," DeAngelo said. Lentner, whose son Christopher marched with the Oneonta High School band, shrugged off the chilly temperatures. "You know you live in upstate New York when you can wear snow boots to Halloween and the prom," Lentner said. Both women agreed the parade is a great annual event for the community. But Anita Tiffany Frank Gehry Fish toggle bracelet was a first-time Halloween parade spectator. "It's awesome," Mott of Windsor said. Mott was in town to visit friends whose children attend Oneonta Tiffany Bangles School and marched in the parade.
